Reiki Sundays at Unity of Dayton Spiritual Center
Join us on the second Sunday of every month for Reiki Sunday, a peaceful gathering dedicated to healing, relaxation, and renewal. Certified Reiki practitioners offer this gentle, hands-on energy practice, and everyone is invited to come and receive.
Whether you’re new to Reiki or have experienced it many times, you’re welcome to settle in, rest, and let the healing energy do its work. Reiki is known for promoting deep relaxation, easing stress, and supporting a sense of balance and well-being in mind, body, and spirit.
