Your Living Service – July 23, 2017

Special Guest: Rev. Sue Bryan

The most powerful service we can provide to one another and to this planet is to train our minds to stay focused on God. Myrtle Fillmore writes, “We train the mind to righteousness by beginning back at its very Source and stopping every thought but the right one. There is no right foundation thought but the true thought of Creator, creation, and existence. Spirit is All. God is Spirit. God makes all. Spirit is the substance out of which all things are made.”

“Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, do; and the God of peace will be with you.” – Philippians 4:8,9

Affirmation: I listen to God within and am guided into all Truth.

The Longing of Our Souls – July 16, 2017

Special Guest: Rev. Sue Bryan

Our deepest longing is for Divine Love. When we don’t feel that sense of belonging and acceptance, we settle for experiences to either stimulate our senses or dull our perceptions. These misguided explorations do not lead to the satisfaction of realizing our connection with Divine Love. In fact a stronger sense of longing for connection with God’s love is created.

“And he arose and came to his father. But while he was yet at a distance, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and embraced and kissed him.” Luke 15:20

Affirmation: I claim the riches and unfailing life of God pouring through me and manifesting all that I need.

Life is a School – July 9, 2017

Special Guest: Rev. Sue Bryan

Myrtle Fillmore wrote, “The Great Schoolmaster knows just what problems we need to keep us alert and to bring out the wonderful qualities that the Father has measured out for us to come up to. That is our purpose in life, to succeed in bringing forth God’s perfect idea of the perfect man.”

“It is the spirit that gives life; the flesh is of no avail; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit, and are life… He who is of God hears the words of God.” – John 6:63, 8:47

Affirmation: God’s wisdom, power, life, and love are expressing within and as me.

The Freedom of Spirit – July 2, 2017

Special Guest: Rev. George Whitton

In speaking about freedom, Alan Cohen had these words to say, “In your mind is the power of your liberation. Your bondage is not real, but a play of light and shadows. The only reality is your illumined freedom, and the only Truth, your Divine nature. You must use your will to make the mind work for you. Through right thinking you control destiny.” This week we will explore four simple steps that assist us in right thinking that support us in taking right action.

“Whatever you can do or dream you can begin. Boldness has genus, power and magic in it.” – Goethe

Affirmation: I am free with the freedom of Spirit!
